What Is C.A.R.P.?
Repurposing Resources for a Greater Purpose
At BloodSweaT™, we’re committed to making a meaningful impact not only in youth sports and wildlife conservation but also in resource sustainability. The Collection and Repurposing Project (C.A.R.P.) is our initiative to collect unused, clean medical supplies and equipment from willing medical organizations and repurpose them for veterinary medicine.
These supplies play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of animals, particularly during critical missions like our Hippo Hop efforts in the Amazon River Rainforest.
Giving Resources a Second Life
Every year, medical facilities dispose of valuable supplies that could be repurposed for veterinary care. C.A.R.P. bridges this gap by collecting these resources and redistributing them to support veterinary teams working in one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth—the Amazon.
By partnering with C.A.R.P., you help ensure that critical supplies are available to assist in animal care, relocation, and treatment during missions like the relocation of Pablo’s invasive hippos.
Sustainability
Reducing waste by repurposing unused items.
Support for Veterinary Care
Providing essential supplies to aid in animal health.
Conservation Impact
Enhancing the care and relocation efforts of species like the invasive hippos in Colombia.
